Art of Flight - taking it to the next level

Snowboarding films have always been the same for me.  Clip after clip of sweet mountains, sick rails and some ballsy kids trying to take things to the next level.. but Red Bull has decided to take a different route.  This route not only lead to one of the best snowboarding films of our time, but also to one of the craziest competitions in snowboarding history, The Supernaturals.. but that's for a different post.
Red Bull decided to give Travis Rice, the best big mountain rider in the world, full on ability to take advantage of their heli's and planes and travel anywhere in the world to film.  He then picked a handful of amazing riders and set eyes to massive peaks in remote places.  With the same type of Cineflex cameras that filmed Planet Earth, this film is not only beautifully picturesque, but takes backcountry riding to the next level.  Dangerous scenes, volcanos, avalanches, and a hint of global warming, this film is definitely worth the watch.

Oh.. and let's not forget that the entire soundtrack is absolutely killer.
